CommonGround, operated by Cash Rent Inc ("CommonGround", "we"), uses SMS text messages to follow up with account holders about the Cash Rent Estimate (Ground Value Report) they generated on commonground.io, to reply to their questions about their land's rental value, and to send notifications about their CommonGround account, listings, or documents awaiting completion. SMS is not used for marketing purposes.
Consent and Messaging Terms
You opt in by checking the separate SMS consent box shown under the phone number field on our forms and submitting the form. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is not required to create an account or use CommonGround. See how you opt in for each form, exactly as you see it.
